| 39-4006 - CONVERSION OF SYSTEM FOLLOWING ISSUANCE OF INSIGNIA PROHIBITED |
It is unlawful for any person to alter or convert, or cause to be converted,
the plumbing, heat producing or electrical system of a manufactured home which
bears an insignia of approval, when such manufactured home is used, occupied,
sold or offered for sale within this state, and was manufactured subsequent to
March 8, 1971, unless the alteration or conversion is in compliance with rules
adopted by the director. The director shall adopt rules providing requirements
for such alterations and conversions. |
