39-4003 - DIRECTOR OF DEPARTMENT -- DUTIES
(1) The director shall by rule
define the term "manufactured home" to be consistent with national standards
and the use of the term in industry.
(2) Such rule shall be enforced by the director who may delegate to the
Idaho electrical board and the Idaho plumbing board the administration and
enforcement of such health and safety standards as involve plumbing, heat
producing and electrical systems.
