39-3317 - NOTICE OF RIGHTS
Each facility must:
(1) Inform each resident, orally and in writing at the time of admission
to the facility, of his legal rights during the stay at the facility.
(2) Make available to each resident, upon reasonable request, a written
statement of such rights (which statement is updated upon changes in such
rights).
(3) The written description of legal rights under this subsection shall
include a description of the protection of personal funds and a statement that
a resident may file a complaint with the licensing agency respecting resident
abuse and neglect and misappropriation of resident property in the facility. A
copy of the list of resident rights shall be conspicuously posted in the
facility at all times.
