39-3019 - EXISTING RULES REMAIN IN EFFECT
The rules and minimum standards
for radiation protection in the state of Idaho adopted by the state board of
environmental quality and in effect on the effective date of this act may be
continued in full force and effect notwithstanding the other provisions of
this act unless and until superseded or replaced by rules adopted and
promulgated pursuant to the provisions of this act.
