PROHIBITED USES. 1. It shall be unlawful for any person to use,
manufacture, produce, transport, transfer, receive, acquire, own, or possess
any source of ionizing radiation unless licensed by or registered with, or
exempted by the agency in accordance with the provisions of this act.
2. It shall be unlawful for any person to use, manufacture, produce,
transport, transfer, receive, acquire, own, or possess any other source of
radiation that has been identified by the agency as presenting a potential
hazard unless such source is licensed by or registered by the agency in
accordance with the provisions of this act. |
