39-3012 - INJUNCTION PROCEEDINGS
Notwithstanding the existence or use of
any other remedy, whenever any person has engaged in, or is about to engage
in, any acts or practices which constitute or will constitute a violation of
any provision of this act, or any rule or order issued thereunder, the
attorney general upon the request of the agency, after notice to such person
and opportunity to comply, may make application to the appropriate court for
an order enjoining such acts or practices, or for an order directing
compliance, and upon a showing by the agency that such person has engaged in,
or is about to engage in, any such acts or practices, a permanent or temporary
injunction, restraining order, or other order may be granted.
