| 39-1353a - PRACTICE OF MEDICINE NOT AUTHORIZED |
Anything to the contrary
hereinabove notwithstanding, this act shall not be construed to permit or
authorize any hospital district or hospital therein in the state of Idaho
directly or indirectly to engage in the practice of medicine as defined in
chapter 18, title 54, Idaho Code, which privilege is reserved exclusively to
persons licensed for that purpose pursuant to chapter 18, title 54, Idaho
Code. |
