All hospital
district taxes levied and assessed under the provisions of this act shall
become due and delinquent and shall attach to and become a lien on the real
property assessed at the same time as state and county taxes. All the
provisions of the Idaho Code governing and assessing and collecting state and
county taxes are hereby made applicable to the assessment and collection of
said hospital district taxes wherever the same are not inconsistent with the
provisions of this act.
