ELECTION IN PROPOSED DISTRICT -- NOTICE -- QUALIFICATIONS OF
VOTERS. Such petition may be filed with the clerk of the board of county
commissioners at any time, and on such filing and after the county
commissioners have made an order finally fixing and determining the boundaries
of the proposed district, and have made and entered an order calling an
election to be held, subject to the provisions of section 34-106, Idaho Code,
in said district, said clerk shall cause to be published a notice of an

districts as designated in the petition.
Such notice shall be published once not less than twelve (12) days prior
