38-1516 - PENALTIES
Any person who shall violate or aid in the violation
of any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and
upon conviction thereof be punished by a fine of not more than one thousand
dollars ($1,000) or by imprisonment not to exceed ninety (90) days or by both.
Fines collected for violations shall be paid into the fund which accrues to
administer the provisions of this chapter.
