TIMBER PRODUCTS -- MARKETING PROBLEMS -- INVESTIGATION AND
RESEARCH. Investigation of and research into the problems connected with the
conversion of forests into marketable products and the utilization of wood
material to the highest economic advantage together with the reduction of
waste through research into new uses of such waste materials customarily
resulting from the conversion and manufacture of timber products shall be
within the province of the authority of the forest, wildlife and range
experiment station.
