38-130 - DISPOSITION OF FINES
Notwithstanding the provisions of section
19-4705, Idaho Code, fines collected for violations of this chapter or any
provisions thereof shall be apportioned as follows: ten per cent (10%) to the
state treasurer for deposit in the state general fund, fifty per cent (50%) to
the current expense fund of the county in which the violation occurred and
forty per cent (40%) to the state treasurer for deposit in the forest
protection fund.
