Any person, partnership, firm or corporation
violating, or who shall fail to comply with, the preceding sections, or any
part, provision, or section thereof, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and,
upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not less than ten
dollars ($10.00) and not exceeding three hundred dollars ($300.00), or by
imprisonment in the county jail for a period of not exceeding six (6) months,
or both such fine and imprisonment. |
