| 37-509 - PENALTY FOR VIOLATIONS |
Whoever shall violate any of the
provisions of sections 37-506 through 37-508, Idaho Code, shall be guilty of a
misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine of not
less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00) nor more than two hundred dollars
($200), for each and every offense, or be imprisoned in the county jail not
less than thirty (30) days nor more than sixty (60) days, or both such fine
and imprisonment. |
