| 37-507 - STATEMENT TO SHOW NUMBER OF POUNDS PURCHASED |
Every person,
corporation or company operating a creamery, when using the Babcock test as a
standard to determine the value of any milk or cream received or bought by
such person, corporation or company to be manufactured into butter, shall,
when paying for such milk or cream, include in every statement or check issued
to any patron in payment therefor a statement of the number of pounds of
butterfat for which payment is made. |
