| 37-308 - MILK MUST BE BOTTLED OR PACKAGED IN PAPER CARTONS |
No person,
firm or corporation shall give, furnish, sell or offer for sale, or deliver
any milk or market milk products in quantities of one (1) gallon and less
except in sanitary bottles or paper cartons, sealed with suitable cap or
stopper, which are consistent with the requirements of the department of
agriculture regulations. |
