36-2105 - CREATION OF IDAHO OUTFITTERS AND GUIDES LICENSING BOARD
There
is hereby created in the department of self-governing agencies the Idaho
outfitters and guides licensing board, herein referred to as "the board,"
consisting of four (4) members appointed by the governor, and one (1) member
appointed by the Idaho fish and game commission, as provided in section
36-2106, Idaho Code.
