33-5310 - WHEN CREDIT ENHANCEMENT PROGRAM TAKES EFFECT
The credit
enhancement program for school district bonds and loans pursuant thereto as
provided in section 57-728, Idaho Code, shall take effect if the state
treasurer certifies that moneys from the sales tax account or from the
provisions of this chapter are insufficient to pay the principal of and
interest on the general obligation notes issued pursuant to section 33-5308,
Idaho Code, and due and payable, and so notifies the endowment fund investment
board in writing.
