33-3602 - OPERATIVE DATE OF COMPACT
The foregoing compact shall as to the
state of Idaho become operative, and shall be in full force and effect in
accordance with the provisions of Article X thereof, upon the passage and
approval of this act, and the Governor shall thereafter execute the Compact by
and on behalf of this state in accordance with the terms thereof.
