33-3408 - REPORTING DEAF AND BLIND PUPILS
On or before the first day of
February, in each year, the clerk of each school district, including
elementary school districts and especially chartered school districts shall
report the number of deaf and blind pupils, as defined in section 33-3407,
Idaho Code, attending the school or schools of the district, and any such
person, not a pupil in the school, of whom he may have knowledge.
Such report shall be made to the superintendent of the Idaho School for
the Deaf and the Blind, upon forms approved by the state board of education.
