33-2717B - WITHDRAWAL OF CANDIDACY
Any person who filed a declaration of
candidacy in accordance with the provisions of this chapter may withdraw from
the election by filing a notarized statement of withdrawal with the clerk of
the library board. The statement shall contain sufficient information
necessary to identify the person and the office sought. A person may withdraw
at any time prior to the day of election.
