33-2403 - FEDERAL REQUIREMENTS -- STATE POSTSECONDARY REVIEW
To protect
the interest of students and the federal accounts that support them, the board
shall be designated as the state postsecondary review entity. The board shall
develop rules which provide for standards and shall conduct or coordinate
reviews of proprietary schools that enroll students participating in title IV
of the higher education act of 1965 and its amendments.
