| 33-1514 - FEE -- REIMBURSEMENT FOR PUPIL TRANSPORTATION COSTS |
The state
department of education shall assess an annual fee based on past reimbursement
to school districts, to be paid by all school districts claiming reimbursement
for pupil transportation costs, to defray the department's actual cost of
providing financial reviews of school district pupil transportation records.
Such fees shall be treated, and may be claimed as reimbursable pupil
transportation costs, pursuant to the provisions of section 33-1006, Idaho
Code. |
