| 33-1211 - PRIVILEGED COMMUNICATION OR PUBLICATION |
Any publication or
communication made by any member of the state board of education, or by any
person delegated by the said state board to hold or conduct any hearing, or by
any certification officer of the state board of education, in the proper
discharge of any official duty imposed under sections 33-1208, 33-1209, or
33-1210, Idaho Code, shall be subject to disclosure according to chapter 3,
title 9, Idaho Code. |
