33-130A - CRIMINAL HISTORY CHECKS FOR PRIVATE OR PAROCHIAL SCHOOL EMPLOYEES OR CONTRACTORS
CRIMINAL HISTORY CHECKS FOR PRIVATE OR PAROCHIAL SCHOOL
EMPLOYEES OR CONTRACTORS. If requested by the principal or governing board of
a private or parochial school, the department of education, through the
cooperation of the department of law enforcement, shall establish a system to
obtain a criminal history check on employees of the school or persons
entering into contracts with the school. The criminal history check and fees
shall be as provided in section 33-130, Idaho Code.
