28-46-201 - APPLICABILITY
This part applies to a creditor engaged in
entering into regulated consumer credit transactions in this state and to a
creditor having an office or place of business in this state who takes
assignments and undertakes direct collection of payments from or enforcement
of rights against debtors arising from these transactions.
