| 31-4311 - SECRETARY OF BOARD -- DUTIES |
The secretary shall keep correct
minutes of the proceedings of the board (including but not limited to showing
all bills submitted, considered, allowed or rejected), shall have custody of
the records of the district, except those in the custody of the treasurer, and
shall perform all other duties which are provided in this act to be performed
by the secretary or which are directed or authorized by the board. |
