31-4307 - PERSONS WHO MAY VOTE IN ELECTION
Any person may vote at a
district election who is a qualified elector as defined in section 34-104,
Idaho Code, for a recreation district created pursuant to section 31-4304,
Idaho Code, or as defined in section 31-4304A, Idaho Code, for a recreation
district created pursuant to that section.
