31-4211 - REMOVAL OF COMMISSIONERS
A commissioner of an authority may be
removed by a majority of the county commissioners at any time, with or without
cause. The county commissioners shall cause to be sent a notice of the removal
to the commissioner removed, the authority and the clerk.
