31-4209 - DONATIONS BY COUNTY
Any county, in which a housing authority
has been created, shall have the power, from time to time, to lend or donate
money to such authority or to agree to take such action; provided, however,
that when a housing authority has the money available therefor it shall make
reimbursement for all such loans made to it.
