When the
board of county commissioners passes the resolution creating the district they
shall name the district "Translator District" and file a copy of the order
creating the district, if only one (1) county is included therein, with the
county clerk and recorder for which the county clerk and recorder shall
receive a fee of three dollars ($3.00) and if portions of more than one (1)
county are included in the district a copy of the order shall be filed in each
county and with the secretary of state for which he shall receive a fee of
five dollars ($5.00).
