31-3505B - APPROVAL
The board shall approve an application for assistance
if it determines that necessary medical services have been or will be provided
to a medically indigent person in accordance with this chapter; provided, the
amount paid by the county for any medically indigent resident shall not exceed
in aggregate the sum of ten thousand dollars ($10,000) per applicant for any
consecutive twelve (12) month period.
