| 31-2612 - CONTINGENT FUND -- APPROVAL OF DISTRICT COURT |
The prosecuting
attorney of each county, by and with the consent and approval first had and
obtained of the district court, or any judge thereof, in and for his county,
is hereby authorized and empowered to incur the expenses specified in the
preceding section, so far as is necessary, to the amount annually appropriated
by said board of county commissioners for said purpose. |
