| 31-2017 - LIMITATION ON APPROVAL OF CLAIMS IN EXCESS OF LEVIES |
All
county, town, municipal, road and school district officials who issue orders
or warrants or approve bills or order county warrants to be drawn in excess of
the levies made for the different county, town, municipal, road or school
district funds shall be liable, both personally and on their official bonds
for the payment of any such excess. |
