31-874 - PROCEEDINGS AND RECORDS OF MEDICAL INDIGENTS
All proceedings and
records related to medical indigency pursuant to the provisions of section
31-873, Idaho Code, and chapters 34 and 35, title 31, Idaho Code, shall be
subject to disclosure according to chapter 3, title 9, Idaho Code, and shall
not be subject to the provisions of sections 67-2340 through 67-2347, Idaho
Code.
