| 31-804 - SUPERVISION OF ELECTIONS |
(1) The board of county commissioners
must establish, abolish and change election precincts and canvass all election
returns.
(2) The board must provide all poll lists, poll books, blank returns and
certificates, proclamations of election and other appropriate and necessary
appliances for holding all elections in the county, and allow reasonable
charges therefor, and for the transmission and return of the same to the
proper officers. |
