| 31-404 - SIGNING OF PETITION -- QUALIFICATIONS OF SIGNERS -- PETITION OPEN TO INSPECTION |
SIGNING OF PETITION -- QUALIFICATIONS OF SIGNERS -- PETITION OPEN
TO INSPECTION. Each person signing such petition shall write, or cause to be
written, opposite his name the name or number of the precinct in which he
resides; and no person shall be entitled to sign such petition unless he is,
at the time of signing, a qualified elector of the county. Said petition
shall, after filing as herein provided, be open to the inspection of the
public. |
