31-213 - CONDUCT OF ELECTION
The rules and regulations for voting at
county seat elections, as provided in this chapter, so far as they apply to
ballots, voting, challenging, canvassing the returns and declaring the result,
shall apply to elections for the striking off of any part of any county and
annexing the same to any adjoining county.
