GENERAL POWERS AND DUTIES OF BOARD OF CEMETERY MAINTENANCE
COMMISSIONERS. The board of cemetery maintenance commissioners shall have
power to manage and conduct the business and affairs of the district, make and
execute all necessary contracts, and make and adopt all necessary rules and
regulations for carrying out the purposes of this law.
