Such election
shall be conducted in accordance with the general laws of the state. The board
of county commissioners shall establish as many election precincts within such
proposed cemetery maintenance district as may be necessary, and define the
boundaries thereof, which said precincts may thereafter be changed by the
cemetery maintenance board of such district in case such district be
organized. Said board of county commissioners shall also appoint three (3)
judges of election for each such election precinct, who shall perform the same
duties as judges of election under the general laws of the state; and the
result of such election shall be certified, and canvassed and declared by the
board of county commissioners.
