26-301 - BRANCH BANKS -- REQUIREMENTS
No bank shall maintain any branch
bank except as hereinafter provided. Any bank organized under the laws of
Idaho may, upon written application to and with the approval of the director,
establish and operate branch banks for the transaction of its business at any
location.
