Three (3) elected commission members
shall represent one (1) of the following districts:
(1) District I, which shall include the counties of Ada, Adams, Benewah,
Boise, Bonner, Boundary, Canyon, Clearwater, Elmore, Gem, Idaho, Kootenai,
Latah, Lewis, Nez Perce, Owyhee, Payette, Shoshone, Valley and Washington;
(2) District II, which shall include the counties of Blaine, Camas,
Gooding, Jerome, Lincoln, Cassia, Minidoka and Twin Falls;
(3) District III, which shall include the counties of Bannock, Bear Lake,
Bingham, Bonneville, Butte, Caribou, Clark, Custer, Franklin, Fremont,
Jefferson, Lemhi, Madison, Oneida, Power and Teton. |
