25-803 - LICENSE REQUIRED
It is unlawful for any person to practice
artificial insemination of domestic animals unless he shall first obtain a
license so to do as provided in this act. Provided, no license shall be
required of or by any person to perform artificial insemination upon his own
domestic animals.
