| 25-607 - DISPOSAL OF POSITIVE REACTORS RESTRICTED |
It shall be unlawful
for any positive reactor to the brucellosis test, in said cooperative
eradication work, to be slaughtered or to be otherwise disposed of except
under the direction of the department, and any person who kills or destroys or
removes the carcass of any such positive reactor without permission from the
department, from the premises whereon said animal was tested, shall be fined
the same as if he had violated section 25-603, Idaho Code. |
