The department is hereby
authorized to cooperate with veterinary services and with the boards of county
commissioners of this state (hereinafter referred to as commissioners), and it
is hereby made the duty of the commissioners to cooperate with said department
and veterinary services for the purpose of preventing reintroduction or
eradicating said disease from Idaho cattle and other animals under the
provisions of this chapter and the rules and regulations of the department.
