| 25-235 - ENFORCEMENT |
The department of agriculture, division of animal
industries of the state of Idaho, is hereby charged with the enforcement of
this act, and is empowered, in conformity with the provisions of the
administrative procedures act, to promulgate and adopt such reasonable rules
and regulations as may be necessary to carry into effect the full intent and
meaning of this act. |
