23-516 - AUTOMATIC VOIDING OF PERMITS
Whenever a permittee has been
convicted by any court of any violation of the provisions of this act or of
any crime in which the handling or use of intoxicating liquor was a
contributing factor, such conviction ipso facto shall operate to void the
permit of such person so convicted and any and all privileges thereunder.
