23-304 - QUALIFICATIONS OF VENDORS AND SPECIAL DISTRIBUTORS
A vendor or
special distributor shall have been a resident of the state for at least six
(6) months prior to his selection and shall be a person having a reputation
for probity, temperance and integrity.
