22-2538 - RULES AND REGULATIONS
It is hereby made the duty of the
department of agriculture to make reasonable rules and regulations as
necessary for or as an aid to the effectuation of any provision of this act,
and to prepare and cause to be printed suitable forms for the proper
administration of this act.
