22-2525 - PERMIT TO BRING COMB HONEY AND BEES INTO STATE
It shall be
unlawful and a misdemeanor to ship into the state of Idaho for delivery within
the state without securing a permit from the director as hereinafter provided,
bees on drawn combs, or combs or any used beekeeping equipment, except that it
shall not be necessary to secure such a permit for the purpose of shipping
into said state bees shipped in combless packages, or comb honey in sections
intended for human consumption.
